Ahava Ministries is committed to operating an outpatient clinic in the village Lauji One in the Chikhwawa district in Southern Malawi. We offer medical care to the population living within a five kilometer radius of the clinic. In preparation we surveyed all medical and social needs in and around the village. In order to improve the health situation in the long run, we take care of good education, treatment and control of diseases like malaria, bilharzia, cholera and HIV/AIDS. Besides medical care, we train the villagers to improve the circumstances of vulnerable children, orphans and widows. Special projects on agriculture, nutrition and hygiene have been set up as well.
